Made of the same material as Texwipe's polyester AlphaWipe®, AlphaMop@trade; has been specifically designed for the needs of ultraclean product environments. The AlphaMop™ system features easily changeable, laundered polyester heads that fit over a flat, padded head assembly. The cleanroom-laundered AlphaWipe® polyester head provides the cleanest substrate available for cleaning walls and floors. The replaceable foam pad ensures that the polyester head conforms to textured floors and other surfaces.

TexPure™ Cleaning Solution

TexPure™ is a surfactant-free, alcohol-free concentrated cleaning solution for general cleanroom maintenance. Specially formulated as an alternative to alcohol-based hard surface cleaners, TexPure™ is non-flammable and biodegradable and has less than 3% VOC content whendiluted with dionized water. TexPure™ does not contain CFC's and HCFC's.
Designed to prevent contamination from the solution during the wet wiping of walls, floors, and work surfaces, TexPure™ has ultralow residue and ion levels.
The concentrate is filtered to .2µm and is cleanroom packaged in one-gallon polyethylene bottles.TexPure™ is designed to be diluted with ultrapure deionized water. The unique dispensing system, integral to the bottle, is designed for easy unit dosing and elimination of cross contamination. One gallon of concentrate yields 33 gallons of cleaning solution.
